5 Quick and Easy Breadfruit Recipes to Try

Breadfruit, a staple food in Oceania, is one peculiar yet healthy food item that has been gaining popularity as of late. This fruit gets its name from its unique properties. Specifically, if you peel a breadfruit, you can fry it in oil (such as olive oil), mainly because the fruit is composed of mostly starch. The taste is somewhat identical to freshly baked bread when prepared so that’s where breadfruit gets its name.
