Ajwain helps in digestion, relieves cough and sore throat. Just a spoonful of ajwain/carom seeds will spread its strong flavor in the rice making it yummy and appetizing!

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked rice

    1 tsp Jiva Organic Ajwain /Carom seeds
  • Image
    1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Image
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • Image
    2-3 Garlic pods
  • Image
    1 tbsp Oil/Ghee
  • Image
    2-3 Chopped Green Chilies
  • Image
    Coriander
  • Image
    Salt to taste

Method

  • Image
    First, heat oil in a pan,

    Add Ajwain and mustard seeds
  • Image
    Once the seeds start crackling, add cumin seeds,
  • Image
    Then, add green chilies and sauté for couple of minutes,
  • Image
    Add cooked rice and add salt to taste.

    Fry for a couple of minutes and garnish with coriander before serving, Your scrumptious Ajwain Rice is ready!
