Amaranth Fruit Porridge

A breakfast porridge packed with the goodness of Amaranth!

Ingredients

    1 cup Amaranth grain
  • Image
    2 cup boiling water
  • Image
    1/2 cup coconut/Almond milk
  • Image
    8 drops of stevia leaf or 1/2 cup stevia powder
  • Image
    1 tsp cinnamon
  • Image
    1 tsp elaichi powder

Method

  • Image
    Bring the water to a medium boil and add amaranth grain to it cook completely.
  • Image
    Add coconut milk mand coconut sugar and cinnamon, elaichi.
  • Image
    Once all well blend, transfer to a cereal bowl.
  • Image
    Add chopped apples, bananas, raisins, fruits of your choice, nut of choice as a topping.
  • Image
    Serve for Breakfast.
