Ghee berry smoothie

Ingredients

    1-2 handful of berries (blueberries, raspberries)

    1 frozen banana

    1 tbsp organic ghee

    1-2 tbsp chia seeds

    1 cup coconut water

Method

    Add berries, frozen banana, organic ghee, chia seeds and coconut water in a jar.

    Let the mix set for a while.

    Now blend the mix until smooth.

    Pour it in a glass and top it with some berries.
