Suji biscuits are deliciously soft and melt in your mouth lusciously! Dip them in your coffee or tea and just let your palates feel the rest!

Ingredients

    Butter 50 gms
  • Image
    Sugar(powder) 30 gms
  • Image
    Semolina 70 gms
  • Image
    All-purpose flour 70 gms

Method

  • Image
    Take a bowl and add butter, sugar and mix nicely.
  • Image
    To it add semolina, all-purpose flour, If required add 1 tbs of milk and mix nicely to make dough.
  • Image
    Take small dumpling of dough and make round flat shape, press in center and place raisin.
  • Image
    Arrange them in a tray and bake at 180 degree for 10-15 mins.

    Remove from oven and allow it rest for some time.
  • Image
    Now suji biscuits are ready to serve.
